The story takes place inside the human body, where trillions of anthropomorphic cells each do their job to keep the body healthy. The series largely focuses on two such cells; a rookie red blood cell, AE3803, who often gets lost during deliveries and a relentless white blood cell, U-1146, who fights against any germs that invade the body

I watched a few episodes of this and it's quite fun.
For another version of this, there is Cells at work Black (hataraku saibou black)

The black version takes place in an unhealthy body, featuring heart disease, STI, stress etc.
I recommend you to read the manga. However, it has a much darker tone than Hataraku saibou.

I'm afraid it's an anime, not game. So far I haven't seen anything close to ecchi, so ero stuff isn't gonna happen... which is kinda expected as it seems like an educational show about human anatomy.

Though maybe some fan service can be added in future episodes. Who knows?

I don't read the manga, but I think no. Maybe there will be romance between Erythrocite and Leukocyte, reasons for this were in episode 6)))
