Chặn W8 tự tạo System Volume Information folder trong USB

Để xóa folder nếu đã nằm sẵn trong USB thì phải dùng WinXP, còn nếu dùng W7 thì phải dùng tới lệnh format, ko thì đừng hòng xóa.
