Yes! Saito is really good, and I like the way they design the guys and gals. The guys aren't too overdesigned to the point of absurdity, but still distinctive from one another. And the girls are cute and soft.

The artist of both is Saito. Very good at not only designing cute boys, but cute girls as well. I'd compliment them on their background art too, but I have no idea if they actually do that.
