Favourite Otomate game?

I have intended to play several, but I am in the process jjeeje
I've played And have come to please me are: Clock Zero (The story, the characters and the music) Starry Sky (all versions) Hakuoki (Everything related to the Shinsengumi is my adoration) etc ...

Design-wise, Hakuouki is really cool, but story-wise, it is a little cringey~~

That's the first time I've ever heard anyone describe Hakuouki as cringy. I'm genuinely curious as to why you think it is.

This has got me curious as well, so I'm interested to know why you think so. Complaints about the heroine being cringy are nothing new, but I've never heard complaints on the story itself being cringy though. :152:

I read a lot of good reviews and a lot of people said that they liked the new game that was recently released for Vita called Period Cube. Has anyone on here played that game yet and is it one of their favorite?

Actually I usually prefer those cutesy games that don't have too heavy a plot, since the plot could tire me out very quickly, like Hakuouki for example. Sitting though all the plot and historical events was quite a pain, especially when the romance and comedy was lacking.
I also have guys I aim for when I start a game, like Takato in CZ, Narumi in KamiKimi... and yeah, there's also Reimei in that list. But I still try to complete the whole thing, not just that one route... for the sake of completion.
Also I play PSP game on emulator, since I don't have the money to afford a console, plus my parents are pretty strict.

I agree, but I attribute a huge part of my bias to my current Japanese level; I can't digest games with heavy plots that well.
Likewise, I usually have one guy that I ship as an OTP with the heroine even before I start the game, and sometimes, this ends up making me incredibly bored when I sit through other routes. This happened with GHP.

Having played CZ, I've to agree with everyone who mentioned it. It was a thoroughly enjoyable ride; the characters were plenty lovable and memorable.

Cheking my list of finished games it seems I'm more HoneyBee and HuneX player. But from what I played from Otomate, my favourite so far is Kaminaru Kimi to.
Reading the thread pushed Clock Zero up in my to play list.

I got to say, my favourite Otome Game is Ozmafia, that game was so full of feels and I love it
