--- Something you have to apologize...? What could it possibly be?
Sugi: In our previous interview for Kara no Shoujo 3 (※Official title: Ama no Shoujo), I was not able to keep our promise to talk about what happened between Kara no Shoujo and Uro no Shoujo’ years of releases.
--- Certainly we did say something about that. And it’s been 5 years in-between Kara no Shoujo (2008) and Uro no Shoujo (2013) releases. Now that it’s 2017, roughly 4 years have passed since Uro no Shoujo. Since Winter arc release is on the horizon, is it possible for Ama no Shoujo to be released next year?
Sugi: Actually, the scenario for Ama no Shoujo is nearly completed, and things are proceeding fairly well. We will enter the production phase afterward, but for it to become a full scale work, no matter how we look at it, it will have to be after the release of Winter arc.
--- It doesn’t look like next year will be the year for Ama no Shoujo then...
Sugi: Because there are a lot of materials we have to gather for the Kara series, it will take at least 2, no, 3 years... or even more time to work on it.
The development for Ama no Shoujo is delayed in favor of FLOWERS, and as a result, we are very sorry to keep all the fans waiting.
