Thì bạn giải nén cái file rar cái patch rồi thì copy cái đống mới giải nén ra --> paste vào chỗ bạn cài game thôi.

Some uploaders use multiple files from one file to make them easier to download. I found this out one time myself. A way to see is if the file says part and a number after (an example is mygame.part2.rar). Just ask how many parts there are.
The example tells me that there the file is second in the files. That there is one before this.
