It seems moonlight turned on the "blocked proxy feature". I told him about your problem and he asked if you are using wifi? And as I said the problem isn't about account or whatnot you just need your e-mail to be added by moonlight. Then you can access the vn list on google drive. You can do that on google hangout by asking moonlight (moonlight rhapsody) for your mail to be added.
