Ore Monogatari is one of the best anime shoujo storys, I think. Takeo Gouda is not the typical cool and handsome guy, but he have a very good heart, and... He's cute, even if his appareance is maybe not the best for a girl. I like how his cute friend is a really good friend, and how strong is his friendship. I respect that. And the girl, she is not idiot and not question even once: "But, he is not sexy and handsome". She is so pure that she can only see his actions and his personality.
In the real word and other animes you can't see this never.
The most of girls only look appareances. Even good friends take the girlfriends of the other. And not so cute boys (But with a great heart) are alone. :'(
