Apart from giving birth to children with disabilities, incest has a huge negative impact on people's psyche, there are many psychological studies that prove that. Especially harmful are relationship between children and their parents, brother-sister relationship is harmless in comparison. While real-life incest, especially between close relatives, just make me feel sick, my opinion on incest in games is ambiguous. Although I feel nausea and can't fully accept such relationships no matter what, they also attract me as something forbidden. So, I guess, I would go for this opportunity if it was presented and could enjoy such relationship to some extent while feeling nausea. Lol.
