That's why many people consider universities being useless since they teach a bunch of theories crap while the the practical stuffs are nearly ignored. They make us study too many unnecessary stuffs and think that what we are being taught is useful while the reality is not like that. Things that are truly useful are rarely or never on the tests. Companies know this fact too well that they give such high demand to ensure that the employee they get have the enough knowledge on the subject and skills required. That's why there is a shortage in labor force, especially in technical field. It's not because of the insufficient labor supply but because of the education system's fault. It charges us tons of money and the benefit earned is not worth the effort and money spent.
