I don't know is that aight to watch Fate UBW and Fate HF without watch the Bones adaption first tho. Well Fate/nasuverse is very nice it could make you become a supreme chunnin-fan easy. Also Ashley are you a fellow josei genre's fan?

No, adaptation by DEEN is very bad of F/S Night. I like josei, yaoi, senen-ai genres.

I'd love to recommend Mushishi its super chill anime with gorgeous visuals and nice music, Gintama is also on my wishlist but I don't know which episode to watch first. Also if you are in the market for ridiculous anime is the English dub for Ghost Stories
