[*]Chapter begins with a flash-forward to Fuutarou's wedding from Raiha's POV. He's forgotten the ring, so he asks the priest to skip straight to kissing the bride.
[*]Back to the present, the Nakano and Uesugi families take one last dip in the hot springs. Raiha bonds with the quintuplets and Yotsuba says she wants to make Raiha her little sister even if she has to change their family register.
[*]Miku and Ichika compete to see who can last longer in the Sauna. Just as Ichika is about to give up,
Miku: I was really upset about the final test.
Miku: But it's fine. We're student and teacher, but now I know studying isn't everything.
Miku: I'll find something that will make him love me.
(Ichika comes back into the sauna)
Miku: Didn't you surrender?
Ichika: Well, I don't want to lose either.
[*]Meanwhile Nino is pouting.
Nino: That Ichika! She got me!
Nino: So it wasn't only Miku...
Nino: Itsuki, you're not also keeping a secret from me, are you?
Itsuki: Even if I am, I can't tell you. That's why it's a secret.
[*]In the men's section, Isanari and Papa Nakano are bonding. At least, Isanari is trying to bond.
Isanari: Why don't you have a drink, Maruo!
Papa Nakano: Don't call me by that name, Uesugi.
Isanari: You've always been so stiff.
[*]Fuutarou excuses himself. When he's leaving he overhears a major revelation from Isanari. It wasn't a coincidence that both Fuutarou and Miku won tickets to the hot springs. Miku didn't win anything; it was Papa Nakano who bought the tickets for the quintuplets.
[*]Fuutarou then remembers the conversation he overheard between Papa Nakano and grandpa.
Papa Nakano: Don't you want to talk to your grandchildren one last time? You don't have much time left.
Grandpa: I won't give them any more memories. I don't want to give them more grief from the death of a family member.
[*]Fuutarou meets grandpa and thanks him.
Grandpa: My grandchildren are my last hope. Ever since I lost Rena. (The quintuplets' mother was named Rena)
Grandpa: Tell this to my grandchildren... 'Be yourself.'
Fuutarou: They will overcome it. Even if you die. They are strong.
Fuutarou: I don't know them that long, but I can guarantee it.
Fuutarou: I'll come here again. To make more memories with you.
Grandpa: Next time... I believe you will be able to distinguish their faces.
[*]The Nakanos and Uesugis take a group photo. We again flash forward to the wedding to see a photo of an older grandpa with the adult quintuplets. Future Fuutarou remarks that if the marriage had taken place 2 years earlier, he'd have lived to see it.
[*]Finally Fuutarou goes outside. He wonders how he was able to tell Miku apart. Then a Nakano sister rushes at him, tackles him to the ground and kisses him under the promise bell. We then see Fuutarou kiss the bride and it's revealed that it's the same girl he kissed five years ago.
