I have to agree, I think dragonball has the most Overpowered Characters of any Anime out there.

Most overpowered character would be Saitama from one punch man. I have to say that some close matches would be main characters from Shin Megami Tensei when given enough motivation, then Gilgamesh archer and Grand Caster Solomon from Fate Series.

- Kiritsugu personally packs each round with his own powdered ribs, imbuing them with a supernatural effect. These “Origin Bullets” cause a backlash upon connecting with any magecraft done by other magi
- Accelerator, “Vector Change” can reverse thermal energy, kinetic energy, etc.

So who's your number 1 OP amongst these characters?? I think Shiba Tatsuya is the most OP here though
