Out of those three I found in my dictionary, the third one doesn't seem to be used since google automatically redirects it to うそをつく or 嘘をつく, which are the ones I usually use. 嘘を吐く also seems to be used often according to the search result I found, plus it is used in a game I'm playing. It would be nice to hear from a Japanese speaker since my Japanese is nowhere enough to tell which one is better.
Tóm lại thì ta có:Smith said:Thing is people use much more kanji writing on the PC than they do when handwriting. This is a key factor IMHO in the present-day written Japanese.
Truth is most people usually write the phrase as うそをつく or ウソをつく in handwriting. When word-processing, we often tend to write it as 嘘をつく or 嘘を吐く with the former being more common. Aesthetically, 嘘を付く will not please many native speakers.
In conclusion, I would recommend the two kana versions or 嘘をつく but remember that it would look/sound like a serious/malicious lie (than a casual lie/kidding) if you use the kanji for うそ.
うそをつく hoặc ウソをつく: Dạng phổ biến, dùng khi lời nói dối là vô hại hoặc quên kanji
嘘をつく và 嘘を吐く: Dùng khi muốn chỉ định lời nói dối mang sắc thái tiêu cực
嘘を付く: Tránh sử dụng
