When I came to, I realized I was standing in the middle of a vast, snowy plain I knew nothing of. I didn't know how I got there. And to add to that, I couldn't remember anything, not even my name. I stood there, dumbfounded at my absurd situation. But then, as if to spite me further, a gigantic monster suddenly appeared, an insect-like creature that began to bear down on me. I tried desperately to run, but it cornered me into a hopeless situation. It was then that the girl appeared. Her name was Kuon. It was this beautiful girl, who bore an animal's ears and tail, who saved my life.

Looking forward to this one. I have watched Utawarerumono a long time ago but remembered it as a pleasant experience. I actually plan to marathon (tonight!) Utawarerumono before I begin this one haha.
Then I will pick this up. First episode should be out but I need to retain myself hahaha ^^;

Me too, It's been quite a long time since I first watched first series of Utawarerumono, and I still remember how soothing it was. I am extremely happy to know its sequel is out.
Too bad I can't play the game though.
The OST are still at god-tier

I have played the first game. As for the second game. I haven't gotten my hands on it but If I have it I will prob. start playing it after the anime series.
I recently watched the first episode of utawarerumono itsuwari no kamen. It was a bit slow but that's alright considering it's the first episode haha.

The moment that kuon was peeping was pretty funny and awkward at the same time .
I had a feeling they where going to call the MC with a similar name as the MC in Utawarerumono XD
