Bonus - TM English translator tier (From Beast's lair)

Ryuusoul (Translator of Tsukihime and a variety of doujins): Flows really well, good English and pretty good translation. He did it the best in my opinion.

Amukunau (Translator of Kagestu Tohya): Little bit weird as far as translation (some thing outright lost) and flowed weird but it was still pretty damn good.

TakaJun (Translator of FSN/Wanko/Swan Song/Majikoi): Limited by not being a native English speaker (which supposedly makes his editors go through hell to try and reword a lot of the things he writes 'to make it sound better'). Has gotten a lot better since FSN (but still gives his editors hell according to them lol). FSN read pretty awkwardly in some parts but during the scenes where you can tell they payed a lot of attention to were pretty damn good.

Baiken/CanonRap/Brynhilde/WingZero (and all the other F/z translators): Were double whacked with Urobuchi writing style and some were hit with the translating from a translation hammer. Which leaves the translation pretty awkward and mechanical. Okay.

Cosekato: I personally really disliked how he made everything seem pretentious but that's just a quirk with how I can only imagine he was writing with a Thesaurus in hand to choose the most obscure word which has easily understandable substitutes that would actually work better. Translation was funky because of the above in my opinion. Also actually misses and changes some parts (which has led to confusion). Maybe if he had an editor with common sense could stop/fix some of the stuff he does (which all of the other translators above had the benefit of having) and make it better.
