What do you think of Fan Service included in a good plot anime?

I have seen a lot of people criticizing Fan Service in games and anime, and i think is a doble moral system, afetr all our nature is to see the beauty from this world, that includes the sex appeal that a character with some clothes can have. excess of fan service is stupid, but to denied it is to live in the medieval age. anime is no more for children only, as are the games.

As long as the fanservice is not too excessive and used appropriately, I am fine with it.
