Sweet Pool, Dramatical Murder, Lamento, Togainu no Chi, Kichiku Megane. They are my favourite so far.
You must try all Nitro+ series first, but all of it. In my opinions, sweet pool is the game make me cry so much, and it hurt me so badly. This the game i'll never ever be forget. Best music, graphic and such a good story so far. But warning first, this game have some scence which have a little scary and maybe shock for someone new(Nah I'm think this game and saya no uta must have some connection here, because they're all come from Nitro companyI want to try read bl games, but i don't know which best yaoi games

I second everybody's recommendations on Nitro+Chiral games, u should definitely try Dramatical murder (Aoba is HOT!)
From other makers: Games that have decent graphics. I haven't gone past the trials so I can't vouch for the plots tho.
Taishou Mebiusline (looking good, has a Vita port, Taishou setting is moe)
OMERTA (can't say much about this one but looks like it has a decent story too, and a FD)
Nessa no Rakuen (the art is shoujo-level pretty but I don't expect much from the plot but seriously, look at this MC 
STEAL! (I'm not that into the character designs but well the voice acting is good...yes I've sinned and listened to the drama CDs. :77: damn uke!)
Kamisama Kari (the system looks fluffy & pink and I like Sawa Manaka. :69:
