I love RPG with eroge content. Games like Duel Savior Justice, or Rance take the RPG to another level. I Played to PC-98 games like Twin Peaches or Dungeon Harlem. What i your favorite?
Rance is my all time favorite. I played quite many rpgs but mostly many of them is not translated.
Eushully are one the best if you want to dig more eroge rpg but mostly all of their game is half translated.
