Hmm...that is a pretty hard question. I usually tend to prefer a hero if I like their relationship with the heroine, rather than the hero themselves. Personal cinnamon roll would be Tsuzuramaru from Ken ga kimi, but I like the relationship between Albaro and Lulu extremely from Wand of Fortune.
