Gah, Quite hard as every game has amazing guys.... but I think my Top Three are Lupin from CodeRealize and Lagi and Alvaro from Wand of fortune.... Also because the heroine in those games are amazing and their interaction is golden.

1) Ruki Mukami from Diabolik Lovers. I like everything about him: his looks, his voice, his manners, his intelligence and proactiveness, his cold and abusive demeanor which later turns into kind and caring one when he warms up to the heroine.
2) Shin from Amnesia. He is perfect for me: smart, caring, handsome and I also like his seiyuu.
3) Saito Hajime from Hakuouki. I like his looks, his voice, his intelligence, his calm demeanor and his strengh.

It's hard to choose. I had different favorite guys in different games. Recently, I've played Hana Awase, so my favorite guy right now is Mizuchi:51:

among hana awase characters my fav is karakurenai. he is definitely bad boy, but sometimes he tend to be shy and these moments like OAOAOAOA. kurenai-sama, my heart is belong to you now <3
