I have no idea. Never seen it, never needed it, can't find anything about it in the description. If you are interested, here is the english version of the website, you can read it.

If you take as an example the DLsite, the payment methods are only a credit card or PayPal (which requires a credit card too). If I choose the 'credit card' option, it suggests to enter not just my card number, but also expiration date, cardholder's name and 3-digit security code. If you don't enter something from the list, you can't proceed. Also, it's stated that card issuers can be only Visa, MasterCard, JCB, JACCS, Cedyno and CF Card. Sorry, but I don't think my e-wallet fits anywhere there.

Just finished Nil Admirari! And wow I wanna cry at the kanji, I need to open Google translate, and dictionary a few times. So far I give it 6/10 it's good, but not really well developed, I kinda confused at how they develop the heroines into an "innocent" girl, but her development is too fast paced???
