My recommend list :

Honeybee games: Seishun Hajimemashita, Photograph Journey series, Starry Sky series, Houkago*Colorful Step series.

TetraScope games: First Complex, Sakuya, Watashi no Real wa Shuujitus Shisugiteiru.

Double Score series, Brother Conflict series, Uta no Prince-sama series, Storm Lover series, Hatsukare Renai Debut Sengen, Enkeltbillet, Koibana Day, Psychic Rain.
For Japanese beginners, I don't really recommend Photograph Journey Series and Watashi no Real wa Shuujitsu Shisugiteiru because Photograph Journey has a lot of Monologues, so for japanese beginners it would be super tiring to read, as for WRSS it doesn't have a character voices and one way to start practicing reading Japanese is through listening so it may not be a good start.

Yeah, I'm not saying you're wrong it's just that for me listening can boost and double up your practice methods and make it more easy to learn
