Recently, I am playing Kuro to Kin Akanai Kagi and it is my first R18 Otome Game. My opinion about this game is "Lots of shameful sound is in my head..." >////< I like hearing boys making these shameful sounds but I don't like the heroine Because she thinks that sex is important for their relationship and she is so...weak, she can't fight back, just lying there and being raped.... I admit that the protagonist can be very innocent, but for me, yes I do think in my own personal life, sex do matters for your quality of intimacy with each others. It's not just the sex, it's like a symbol of intimacy, and more than that can mean to something very precious and bonding, like when you finally decided to have sex with a guy, then that means you've made an oath to be together with him forever. :82:

Im a pervert and that's the reason i would prefer R18 Otome games, but the story should be good to. I Have heard 7's Scarlet for the PSP is good, don't now if it is R18 though.

I personally prefer all ages, I don't mind there being hints of sexual content off-scene *cough cough* like a certain Shakespeare play. Collar x Malice would be a good example for that. Ones with sexual content can be worth it sometimes though, because the main character is usually voiced! I go for story more than anything else, however, and some ones with R-18 bits are only focused on R-18 bits while the rest is kinda bland. It really depends on the game, but that's my reasoning.
