Seiyuu Bias?

Sure, the more otome games you play, the more chances are that you will keep encountering the same seiyuu over and over again. After completing more than 20 otome games I can instantly recognize such seiyuu as Sakurai Takahiro (my favourite), Kakihara Tetsuya, Taniyama Kishou, Miki Shin'ichirou, Hino Satoshi, Kaji Yuuki, Morikubo Shoutarou, Toriumi Kousuke, Hirakawa Daisuke and many others. Sometimes I don't recognize seiyuu right away, but after listening to him for a while I realize that some of his intonations are similar to a character I encountered in another game. Would I buy a game just because of my favourite seiyuu? If I wouldn't like a plot, then probably not. But if a game had a good plot AND my favourite seiyuu, then it could be an additional argument for buying this game.

Haha, seems everyone likes Kaji Yuuki . But the two seiyuu I recognize right from the start are Sugita Tomokazu (Gintoki, Starry Sky's Kanata) and Kimura Ryouhei as Zettai Kaikyuu Gakuen is my favourite otoge. Namikawa Daisuke (Riku from Zettai Kaikyuu...) is also one of my favs! And yes, right now I play games based on which seiyuu is cast :54:

2, it was very interested to hear hino satoshi as noiz in dramatical murders and as natsuki in ringo ni hachimitsu (blcd of manga) because the character voice are so difference
3, it is not a vn, but i did get interest in ringo ni hachimitsu because of hearing of hino satoshi in dramatical murders

I can barely recognise any seiyuu tbh. Probably on days of my best concentration, I would be able to figure out Shouta Aoi and Junichi Suwabe

Definitely Junichi Suwabe and to a certain extent, Miyano Mamoru
