And yeah, I finally managed to get Extella earlier this month :169:. I agree with you about Gil's sprite. Wada Arco's artstyle doesn't fit him very well. She did pretty good with the other characters though.

I hope you can play Extella soon too, though I haven't had the chance to play for Karna yet, as I just got to Tamamo's route :188:.

Out of curiosity, what do you think of Extella? I just started playing it, and I guess I'm feeling a bit underwhelmed. After CCC I guess I was expecting maybe a bit more? I'm not that far in yet, so I cannot really judge, so I'm wondering about your opinion!

I personally think caster Gilgamesh from FGO in the 7th location was the best. Holy that was a great adventure.

My first proper VN would be Ken ga kimi by Rejet. That set the bar for otome games for me very high, and increased my tolerance for sad endings too.

Romance aside, I would say Fate Grand/Order is my favorite VN if it counts as one. Finally Servants too get a chance at salvation, since only FSN characters receive a happy ending in Illya Prisma. QAQ

Mashu and Doctor Roman makes me feel so warm and fuzzy inside too!

I also feel underwhelmed, as well. And disgruntled, due to the forced playing order, and background of the series. Since the backstory of Extella is that Nero was your main servant, your actual relationship with another route member, Tamamo, just feels so sour. Because she's not the Tamamo I played with in Extra and CCC, she's the Tamamo who was just Hakuno's sub-servant with Nero being his main servant. I hate it, in fact.

I don't like Attila either and found all of her scenes to be very boring, and there was definitely a lot of missed potential. Guess that's for Extella 2.

But omg Babylonia was GOOD. So good. And Caster Gilgamesh looked great. Guess its like him to make anything he wears look good. :169:
