It's a good question, because I like many guys but very few heroines. Here are pairs in which I like a heroine, her lover and their relationship:
1. Chizuru and Saito from Hakuouki.
2. Yuki and Akira from Sachi no Tenbin (only in a good end).
3. Shio and Ryuumaru from Walpurgis no Uta.
4. Nazuna and Aoi from Gekka Ryouran Romance.

1. Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side
2. Sakurai Kouichi (from Tokimeki Memorial Girl's Side 3). Why? Because he is so manly!!! And a little tsundere... :3
3. I'm always want to obtain new otome games. It's like a obsession. As a pokémon fan, I want to gotcha all!!! I'm waiting for Kannagi no Mori and others.
4. PC, DS, 3DS, PSP. (I don't have Vita T-T)

1. Chizuru and Saito from Hakuouki.

From Hakuouki I like most Saito as a character, but the best pair for me is Chizuru and Harada Sanosuke. I found their romance belivably and gradualy progressing. (Though Chizuru was a little bit too whiny)
As for other favourite pairs will choose Saiyu and Eita from Enkan no Memoria; Saya and Shinimone Rin from Asaki Yumemishi and finaly (I didn't believe myself, `cause I don't like shota type, but...) Jieun and Heejung from Dandelion. They grew up so much together, I was fangrling hard at the end. :80:

Oh, isn't he gorgeous?! So manly and gruffy and strong! Yet he can be so caring and kind. For his brother and for Bamby both. And his dere moments are so sweet... :80:

Harada is a great guy: kind, handsome, wise and I like his voice so much. I wonder, why, considering all this, I can't help feeling so bored with him?...

I have to say, this is an unexpected answer. Personally, I don't remember feeling anything in particular during such scenes. Well, maybe there were some touching moments, like in Ijiwaru MyMaster, when Frantz admits to the main heroine that he is Homura and they recreate their first sex how it would happen if they weren't carried away to the Demon world, but such moments were very rare.

I'm very easily moved when the heroine is empowered to overcome social norms set for the female gender. For example, every route of In Your Arms Tonight ended with tears in my eyes because MC could overcome her father's or her own expectations of marriage to pursue happiness.

Other times when I was deeply touched would be when family bonds are reconciled after long separation and mistakes. I just love Sanan's happy ending in Hakuoki Edo Blossoms since both Kaoru and Kodo sacrificed to save Chizuru despite their grudges and beliefs.
