Preference: R18 or All Ages Otome Games?

All hail all ages otome \ = v = / Although I it's not like I cant play them but I kind of uncomfortable with those scenes. I know it's just normal for human to do such things but... When I come up to those scenes, I always skip them =v= Others reason just like your list.

I don't really mind R-18 scenes, but there is only a problem that I always feel so sleepy when playing or listening to them. At the end, I can't finish any of them

As for Koezaru wa Akai Hana, which Bánh recommended, I heard that it was a brilliant game, barring the rapes in most bad ends (so you might want to consider avoiding the bad ends if you abhor rape scenes).

I actually like R18 games sometimes. I don't mind the rape. It's a fantasy. Of course the real life situation is terrible.
but I guess I'm kinda M so yeah. I have some darker type games so I'm not really bothered by it.
The real dark stuff that's not fluffy adds a lot of drama that I enjoy. Makes me feel for the protag etc.

The poorly written stories is not only exclusive for R18 games so....
I wish there where more HQ otome games in general
